Shipping Information
All orders ship with free delivery.
Orders are delivered within 5–10 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery times may be extended during peak periods (such as promotional campaigns or holidays).
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. Shipments are handled via UPS or FedEx, and you can track your package on the respective carrier's website.
Please ensure that your delivery address is entered correctly and completely. Nord & Oak cannot be held responsible for delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
Returns & Exchanges
You may submit a return request within 14 days of receiving the product.
Return conditions:
The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
The product tag must remain attached.
It must be sent along with the invoice or order number.
To request a return, please email [nord.oak.tr@gmail.com] with your order number. Once your request is approved, you may ship the product.
The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the product reaches us and undergoes inspection.
When will I receive my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with more information. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but delivery is expected within approximately 5–10 days.
Customs and Import Policy
Orders shipped to the United States are subject to a customs duty of 13.5% of the product value.
This 13.5% customs duty is not included in the product price and is the responsibility of the customer.
Returns:
Customs duties already paid are non-refundable, even if the product is returned.
